Electromagnetism! Our body is the conduit 🤩

How about a BLISS-filled dance this week as we focus on the mystery of electromagnetic energy, the way our body can be held down to the Earth with gravity, yet also be lifted up with electric energy?

After reading an inspirational article about the northern lights in the New York Times this weekend, called High Lights, I am inspired to teach BLISS in my Nia classes this week. *click article to read*

In all my classes, we will hold the intention of exploring both logic and mystery, as we anchor the sensation of our feet touching the earth, as well as the crown of our head touching the sky. 🤩

Have you ever wondered why our body doesn’t collapse into Earth’s gravity, or float up in the sky? Electromagnetism is the reason! ⚡️🌀 🌎

Electromagnetism holds atoms together, allows electricity to flow, and powers motors through magnetic fields generated by moving charges. The Earth itself acts as a giant electromagnet due to liquid metals churning in its core, creating a protective shield around the planet.

Let us explore both logic and mystery together this week, grounding through both our feet and our crown. Diving in and dancing together is my magical mystery juice!
