chachacha Changes! 🤩
As the ‘door’ of The Synergy Studio closed 3 weeks ago, new opportunities began to open. The famous meditation teacher Sharon Salzburg advises, “Take one breath, and begin again.” I am taking it one breath at a time.
With the physical closing of The Synergy Studio, I have been in fast forward mode to get online classes up, as well as slot a few times to teach live at Yoga in Motion. As time rolls on, and more spaces become available, I will be teaching more live (in person) classes. Hang with me, as we all have to be flexible during this transition period.
I am VERY excited to dance again on our beautiful floors, with our amazing stereo system. River City Alchemy of Creative Arts is under construction. It is on South Flores, on the San Antonio River. I can’t wait to teach at their new location, on OUR floors!
In the interim…
I have posted 4 weekly online classes. You can dance with us in community, in the comfort of your own space, and then stay on afterwards to chat and catch up if you choose!
In addition, two of the classes will be offered as an ‘in person’ option at Yoga in Motion!
I am using a new system called Punchpass. It is very intuitive and easy to navigate, but if you have any issues please reach out to me.
I will be teaching all classes going forth at 9:30am.
You can join us live online, receive a 48 hour recording, or in person when offered!
Tuesdays: Tai Chi Flow *online*

Thursdays: Nia FreeDance *online*
Fridays: Nia *online*, or *in person* at Yoga in Motion
How do I sign up for all classes?
Using the camera on your phone, you can scan the QR code below to sign into my studio, as well as sign up for classes. You will see ‘The Synergy Studio Community,’ and ‘Adelle Brewer Designs’ when you click on the code. I am offering $15/drop-in, or a 10 class pass for $140, with no expiration.
These passes will be good no matter whether I am teaching in person or online!
