Blessings to all my friends!
The longest night of the year is upon us… and just as long dark nights begin their transformation into the light, we too begin a time of renewal as we celebrate this beautiful season of giving, receiving, living and loving.
I have all 6 of my kiddos home for a few days this coming week, and my heart is full. We are not a typical large family, all attempting to talk over one other. The television is rarely turned on. We are more quiet, spending time in contemplative conversations, listening to music, savoring a meal around the fire… enJoying the silence between the sounds.
I hope you will join me on the dance floor this week as we celebrate the sound of silence. I will be teaching the beautiful routine ChakraDancer, featuring the talented gifts of the band Brainscapes. Cueing only with my breath, I will teach with a ‘silent voice,’ so you can experience the magic of the music and the healing power of movement. Each song is dedicated to a Chakra. We will move to heal, transform, and dance into the light.
Prepare to be stepping into the silence, waiting for the sounds, enJoying the music, and sensing the magic.
