In Nia, we have 13 Principles to play with. Tools that bring us back to our body, and through sensation we become our own conscious personal trainer. A sensation scientist who is always exploring, discovering, and staying present in the moment to moment wonder and delight of our body.
Join Joanie and me this week, as we focus on the Joy of Movement, the first principle and the foundation upon which all other principles grow. We will be in the Joy of Movement and the sensations of our body, as we explore and play with all 13 principles of the White Belt. The Joy of Movement with the intent to incorporate all of the White Belt principles into our dance… our connection!
Today (Sunday, May 1st) we are offering a free Nia class at 4:00 pm. After class, we will be available to discuss the upcoming White Belt Intensive June 10th-16th, other White Belts on the horizon, and the benefits of going deeper into the practice of Nia… of being your own conscious personal trainer… a sensation scientist of life. Have you thought about taking the Nia White Belt? It is the first step on the Nia path and it is unlike any educational training you have ever experienced. Whether you want to become a Nia professional, dive deeper to enhance your own profession or desire personal growth, this training is for you.
