One of the beautiful gifts of this principle is that Nia is adaptable for every Body. By listening to your body, you can adjust how low or high you want to go, and how much intensity you choose to give your dance.
With awareness, Principle #7 is applicable to our everyday life.
Every day is different. Our energy level changes with emotions, sleep patterns, even the weather. Awareness of our body moving in space, from the earth to standing, as well as the intensity that we give the movement, helps us achieve homeostasis.
